Lemongrass Hot Pot in Palm Beach

Love love love this place. This is our 4th time coming and we are always treated so well every time we come. The food is delicious and I love finishing off my meal with their red bean and green tea ice cream.

Really delicious! $25 per person with amazing broth for create-your-own-soup! The thai tea is also delicious~

They offer a vast range of fresh food. I like eating here. Employees are always super nice, pricing is fair and the place is always kept clean.

Great food, decent atmosphere good service, neat method of food delivery. Had an honest to goodness fantastic time here. Will be back again!

Great restaurant, my first time having this hot pot experience and we loved it.

Absolutely love this place. I made sure to make a reservation definitely the smart way about it as there would have easily been a wait. I have never experienced this type of dinning before. Basically a interactive soup cooking buffet. Our server Mike was super helpful and attentive. He literally changed my life with the sauce he made for us.

This is my go to spot for hot pot, very inexpensive and you have many varieties of meat to chose from. The service is very good and the sever even knows our names whenever we walk in. Very friendly environment and great for big group gatherings. They also have a dessert section and ice cream. Overall this is the best all you can eat hot pot spot.

Went here for my birthday and the second time with my husband. Place is homey as heck staff is great food is endless and you genererally leave with good feelings. Never met a server so attentive till today, price is reasonable 25 bucks per person so more than enough room to tip your waitress or waiter because they definitely work for it!

We love this place. You get to cook your own meats and vegetables on the broth of your choice. I love the spicy broth because it transfers the flavor to each piece of meat or veggie that boils. Extremely authentic, very clean, and good quality. The staff is super attentive.

Pretty awesome place! Great service, and a lot of options! The broths are tasty and food is always plentiful and fresh. I’ve been here at least 10 times so far and the greatest thing is the consistency here! I’ve actually tried 2 other hot pot places and neither of them match up to the quality I’ve seen here. Great job guys! Some tips for first timers: 1. It’s ALL about the sauce! If you have no idea what kind of sauce mixture to make, ask your sever! They have always been helpful with suggestions. 2. hot tea aids with digestion! 3. Use the thick side of your chopsticks to pick up raw meats and the other side to eat. This will avoid cross-contamination. 4. The meat cooks very fast! Just swirl the sliced meat in your hot broth for about 30 seconds or until the pink is gone. 5. Wear stretchy pants LOL!

Second time here and again we were not disappointed. The food is fresh to the point that the crawfish were still moving. The meat selection ranges from mild with beef lamb chicken etc to national delicacy food like brains liver or pigs blood. Seafood also fresh and a wide variety of things to try. The broth choices are all amazing from little to no tingle to 5 alarm fire. If you have made it this far you like to really make sure you will like this and at 25 dollars per adult and 13.50 for kids 4-14 you will most certainly enjoy this meal.

Frog legs, and live baby lopsters, lol. Was a cool spt, I'd definitely go back. Food seemed real authentic Chinese, not like your standard Chinese food restaurant.

Fun place to eat. Good selection of veggies and soup. Not only that but our server Michael was the best! He even made our dipping sauce for us since it was our first time there and there was such a variety of sauce selections. Overall a great experience!

Okay. This was my first experience ever at the hot pot. It's certainly a meal that take some practice! They give you a suitcase to choose from and then you get the opportunity to pick all of your own meats and vegetables to stick in there. Had I known what I was doing I would have cooked everything right in the beginning and let it simmer. But it was a blast cooking everything right in front of me. My daughter is 10 and did a great job too. We totally recommend this restaurant!

I am so upset we don't have this store in Boston because it was so good. I could see myself eating there on a regular if it wasn't for the distance. The conveyor belt was brilliant. There was a lot of meat choices and then like ice cream at the end was to die for. Maybe it was because I was in vacation mode? But honestly this is the best Hotpot place I've been to.

It's refreshing to see unique restaurants open up. This, in of itself, deserves a few stars. Lemongrass hot pot is definitely unique. Entry price is a bit steep, but it is all you care to eat. They have been extremely busy the last few times we went there, so go early or make reservations. You get a choice of 4-5 different broths, however once your broth runs low I think they only refilled ours with chicken broth. The ingredients is create your own, you basically boil what you care to eat. Sauces are plenty. TIP: you can adjust your hotpot temperature underneath the table. The server did not tell us this. The meats are good quality and the seafood seemed fresh. They have exotic things such as pig brains(which we weren't a fan of) and tripe but again, good to see unique things to try out. I would recommend if you are adventurous, however keep in mind it's create your own and it may take you a few trips to "discover" what you really like.

Good change of pace from the typical all you can eat we tend to go to. Being new to the hot pot scene my wife and i were pleased that a young man who worked there patiently helped us to get the most out of our taste bud experience. Our son had went with friends and told us some of what to expect and we watched a video or 2 to get familiar, however nothing beats just being in the mix, learning as we went along.Well done, tip you servers well :)

Very authentic! All you can eat hot potato buffet. Some items are on a standard buffet, while some pass by every table on a rotating assembly line type device. This place is typically packed for a reason!

A little overwhelming for a first timer. I would like to see pictures of the broth options. Conveyor belt without a belt was pretty cool. Lemongrass tea is delicious. Self serve ice cream bar is a nice ending. Not inexpensive, $25 for adults. Timers and cooking time suggestion cards at table would be helpful.

An amazing experience that produced a very happy family. It was not what I expected. What an amazing surprise. This is now officially my absolute favorite asian place for noodles now. I was eating all the spices, and the waitress mixed an amazing fresh sauce for us. I can't wait to go back. Great price. Very unique. Love it.

Lemongrass Hot Pot is amazing. The kids love cooking their own food and the employees are all incredibly nice and helpful. We always have the same server, Angel, who is a delight and amazing with our children. The food is so good, it's easy to overdo it and eat too much.

Great great experience. Me and my wife were a bit reluctant but t lolotally worth the price. Buffet style and the waiting staff were very attentive. I'm coming back again and taking more family with me next time.
